These bags are manufactured from ultra lightweight bluesign® approved Ultra-Sil 30D CORDURA® nylon fabric with a C0 non-PFC DWR finish. The base is composed of air permeable eVent® fabric, allowing air to be pushed out of the sack, whilst stopping water getting in. This is a lighter, simpler and more reliable solution than a purge valve. 

To guarantee your kit stays dry, just roll the top of the Evac UL dry bag over three or four times and click the field repair buckle shut. Please be aware that removing air from your dry sack will lower its buoyancy. The side compression straps allow further compression of the sack if space is limited, with the contents easy to access thanks to the quick side-release buckles.
